Licensing

License hydrogen beverage technology.

The Hydrogen Innovation Company develops, engineers and licenses hydrogen beverage technology to selected partners. The proposition is not a product catalogue; it is access to process knowledge, technical implementation and ongoing operational support.

Licensing conversations are built around a defined application, territory, production route and validation plan so the technology can move from capability to controlled commercial use.

Commercial Model

A licensing model for serious operators.

THIC licensing is designed for partners who need more than a formula or finished beverage. It connects proprietary process knowledge, system integration, production deployment, quality control and technical support into one commercial pathway.

Each opportunity is scoped before rights, responsibilities or territories are agreed. This keeps the discussion practical: what will be produced, where it will be produced, how performance will be validated and what support is required after launch.

What a license partner may receive.

The exact package depends on the agreement, application and territory. The foundation remains technical capability rather than generic brand distribution.

License Scope

Rights follow a defined commercial and technical scope.

A license may be structured around an application, format, market, territory or production model. THIC does not present licensing as unlimited access to every hydrogen beverage opportunity.

Scope is clarified through the partner’s market role, production environment, validation requirements, quality expectations and support needs. Formal rights, exclusivity and obligations are handled through agreement.

Technology Transfer

Licensing becomes real through implementation.

The commercial agreement is only one part of the process. Transferable value comes from technical assessment, system engineering, validation and operational support that allows a partner to produce under controlled conditions.

01

Assess

Confirm application, facility context and technical feasibility.

02

Define

Set product, process, quality and support requirements.

03

Engineer

Adapt the hydrogen system to the agreed production route.

04

Validate

Measure performance under documented operating conditions.

05

Launch

Move into controlled production with trained operators.

06

Support

Review data, quality records and optimisation needs over time.

THIC Platform

The platform is the operating layer for licensed deployments.

On the public site, THIC Platform refers to the way projects, implementation work, production data, quality workflows, documents, partner support and licensing administration are held together. It is not a vague software promise.

The platform helps ensure that knowledge created during science and engineering remains usable during production, review and long-term partner support.
