Hygiene, cleaning, sanitation, equipment preparation and water-system control define whether the manufacturing environment is ready for a batch. THIC does not publish sensitive internal procedures on the public website, but the principle is clear: readiness must be confirmed before production begins.
Preparation includes packaging availability, pressure-vessel readiness, gas supply confirmation, sensor availability, filler preparation and cleaning status. These checks keep the operator focused and prevent production from starting before the required conditions are in place.
Manufacturing measurement must be structured. H2 concentration, water temperature, pressure, dissolved oxygen where used, fill temperature, time, units produced, quality result and observations can all be recorded against the relevant production stage.
THIC supports multiple H2 readings rather than one vague final value. A batch may need readings before infusion, during infusion, at the end of infusion, at the filler, from a retained sample and during final quality control. Each reading should carry its unit, operator, instrument context and acceptable range.

Filling is a manufacturing step and a stability decision. The conditions at the filler, the packaging format, closure quality, headspace and handling after fill can all influence the final product record.
THIC treats packaging compatibility and closure integrity as part of the production system. Commercial output must be filled in a way that respects the science and technology upstream while still meeting practical requirements for throughput, hygiene, storage and release.
